Welcome to my newsletter!
Hi, I’m Aarushi Singhania
I work on all things Education Innovation Programs, Products, and Policies for large-scale change. My breadth of professional experiences as an educator, consultant, policy advisor, and finance professional (in my previous life) across three different continents, have shaped up my views of education, skills, and careers. And I want to share them with you. So, I write Edstreet most months.
Whether you are just starting out your career, a mid-career professional, taking a career break, and looking for inspiration, ideas, or a spark to transition into a ‘meaningful’ and ‘impactful’ career in the education and skills sector, Edstreet is for you.
I was born in India, graduated from Harvard, and in 2018 moved to Australia (not as a McKinsey consultant), but to work with leaders, experts, creators, and public policy professionals in education. Early in my career, I spent time in Bangladesh and China tinkering with education innovation models.
Just like my career so far has been about exploring and solving difficult problems in the education and skills sector, this newsletter will be my true reflection, giving you a bold and fresh take on global education and skills problems and solutions. I’m not going to hide my opinions in some neutral-sounding prose. I’m going to tell you what I think, how I think and make arguments and leave you to make your own mind based on facts and figures.
In this monthly newsletter, you can expect anything from a range of thought-provoking ideas, dashboards, frameworks, evidence-informed opinions, interviews, quotes or Twitter handles to follow that will shape your thinking about the world of education and skills, give you interesting problems to work on, help you build your social capital, or even spark an idea for your next job or a startup.
Subscribe to Edstreet so you don’t miss monthly updates from me. You can also find me on Twitter for daily updates.
